PEPSOL

PEPSOL: The G12 Training Track

The G12 Discipleship Process involves a lot of smaller sub-processes and events that combine to form one discipleship process that result in Believers being made into Disciples.  The following are part of the G12 Process:

1. Sunday Service Attendance - happens once a week
2. Cell Group Attendance - happens once a week
3. Conquest (which includes 21 Days of fasting and 21 Days of Soul-Winning) - happens once or twice a year
4. PEPSOL - happens once a week
5. Personal, one-on-one mentoring - as needed.
6. Post PEPSOL- training - as needed, but could also be regular (such as, Cell Leadership Training, etc.)

All of the above, in combination, becomes our Discipleship Process.

PEPSOL is our Training Track which runs for about 11 months after which those who graduate become Cell Leaders with their own cells.  PEPSOL is an acronym for

Pre-Encounter - 8 Lessons (Salvation and Basic Christianity Series)
Encounter - 1 Weekend Retreat (Encounter with God)
Post-Encounter - 10 Lessons (Beginner's Basics)
School Of Leaders 1 - 10 Lessons (Basic Christian Doctrine)
School Of Leaders 2 - 10 Lessons (Cell Group)
School Of Leaders 3 - 10 Lessons (Leadership)
