The G12 Strategy

G12 has a Four-Part Strategy in Disciple-Making.

WIN (Connecting people to Christ)
Discipleship begins with Evangelism (Soul-Winning).  Of course, one cannot be discipled until he has been won to Christ.  In the G12 setup, Evangelism is not a program or an event, but a lifestyle.  There are no evangelism teams, no evangelism week or month, no evangelism program because these are limiting and are not in accordance with Christ's blueprint for His Church.  Evangelism, from Christ's perspective should be done by EVERYBODY (yest, including the pastor, not exceptions) ALL THE TIME (not just one a specific set time)  EVERYWHERE (homes, schools, offices, etc.).

ASSIMILATE (Connecting people to the Cell)
Assimilation is the process of making an "attender" a "member."  We have Assimilation strategies we teach our disciples to help them help new people in church join our different cell groups.

TRAIN (Connecting people to the Church)
As a member of the Cell you will have the opportunity to be trained and equipped (Ephesians 4:11,12) for the service of God.  PEPSOL is our Discipleship Training Track where we train Cell Members to become Cell Leaders having their own cells.

SEND (Connecting people to the Christless)
The purpose of training is service. So, after the disciple finishes PEPSOL and other relevant Post-PEPSOL trainings, he is ready to start and grow his own cell.  He will help others go through the same process he went through and do what he is doing.  Now, that's discipleship!
