Vision of Promotion

Here in the Journey we don't want you to be the same as you came in -- we want to improve you!  We want you to become useful in the Kingdom of God.  We do this through our Vision of Promotion.  The Vision of Promotion is a strategy of helping all our members move up the Ladder (Levels) of Fruitfulness as the following will show:

Attender
This is the lowest position in our church.  These are people who just attend and are not part of a Cell.  Their level of fruitfulness is Zero.

Cell Member
We encourage all Attenders to join a Cell. When they do they become Cell Members.  They attend a Cell once a week and they come under the supervision and mentorship of a Discipler (Cell Leader). They also enroll and attend PEPSOL classes.  Since all they do here is just attend the cell, their level of fruitfulness is still Zero.

Cell Leader
When the Cell Member who has enrolled in PEPSOL reaches School of Leaders 2, he is required to open his own Cell.  When he succeeds in opening one (with the help of his Cell Leader and Cell Mates), then he becomes a Cell Leader.  Now, is fruitfulness level increases to 1 to 11 Cell Members.

G12 Leader
When a Cell Leader completes his Cell with Twelve (12) members, he becomes a G12 Leader.  His fruitfulness level becomes 12.

Network Leader
When a G12 Leader succeeds in helping his 12 have their own 12 (for a total of 144 disciples), then he becomes a Network Leader (Leader of Leaders).  His fruitfulness level is 144 disciples!
